A seasonal list of British fruits, vegetables and nuts
Thanks to modern farming methods, there are now many more fruits and vegetables available from British farms than there once were although autumn remains the best time of year for fresh produce. Here’s a list of what you can look to find from farm shops, markets and supermarkets – or picked from hedges in the countryside.
Spring
Fruit: rhubarb, raspberries, strawberries
